While we are always trying to improve our card centering algorithms, MintySlab currently works best on cards with distinct borders. Manual card centering adjustment is always available in the app if needed.

MintySlab works on any card with a distinct border, which includes sports cards and TCG cards.

MintySlab+ is the premium version of the MintySlab app that removes all of the ads from the app. Scan as many cards as you like without having to see the banner ads or watch the full-page ads. The monthly cost for MintySlab+ is $1.99 and can be cancelled anytime. 

To subscribe the MintySlab+, click the three lines on the top of the app. Then select Subscriptions and follow the instructions for signing up.

To increase the chances of a good detection, place your card on a solid color background that contrasts with the outer border of the card. For example, if the outer border of your card is white, then place the card on a matte black background for optimal detection.

Yes, at this time MintySlab is only available on the App Store®.

Currently, the only way to sign up for MintySlab+ is through the App Store®. Therefore, subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be canceled using their terms and conditions.
